How does Live Sushi catering work?
Our Chefs will arrive a couple of hours before the start of your event to prepare sushi, rolls, and sashimi of your choice. They will make sure every detail and dish is in place and set up an unforgettable spread of only the freshest ingredients. Once the event starts, guests are welcome to request custom cuts or hand rolls from the chefs during the party.
